For University Players, she's choreographed and performed in 'SLIP' many times and choreographed for 'American Idiot' last season. For IU Mainstage, she's performed in 'Deuce Coupe' and 'Ego', choreographed by renowned choreographers Twyla Tharp and Juel D. Lane, respectively. She's also appeared in pieces choreographed by IU faculty, such as 'Ascension' by Elizabeth Shea and 'Diva Redux' by Selene Carter. She also choreographed for 'Tiger Beat', a new play a part of the 'At First Sight' Festival' at IU. Carly has choreographed, performed, and stage-managed for various student works during her years at IU, as well.

Carly is the lead teacher for the Bloomington Branch of Dance for Parkinson's Disease. She is also the Dance BFA Representative for the Theatre and Dance SAB at IU, as well as the Vice President and Outreach Coordinator for the Movement Cooperative. In her free time, she's a tour guide for the IU Office of Admissions and is a UTA for Physiology.

Carly is a standing member of the Dance Masters of Wisconsin (DMW) and the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters (CNADM). She choreographs and teaches for her home studio back in Wisconsin during the summers. In the future, Carly would love to work as a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher, possibly transitioning into graduate school to become a physical therapist for performers/dancers down the road.
